Disable Shutdown from Authentication Dialog Box

When this setting is enabled a [Shutdown] button is not displayed in authentication dialog box when the system first starts. This does not allow you to shutdown a system without logging in.

Option affects the whole PC. Reboot your PC to activate or deactivate this option.
