Enabling this option, removes the Taskbar and Start Menu option from Settings on the Start Menu, and stops users from changing the taskbar properties.
Removing the all subitems of the Settings menu causes the Settings menu to be removed completely. Option affects selected user, see the status bar. Reboot your PC to activate or deactivate this option.
